23rd Annual Concert and Awards
Evening

On Monday 24 November, the Catholic Schools of Launceston will present the 23rd Annual Concert and Awards
Evening to be held at the Nano Nagle Gymnasium, St Patrick’s College, at 6:00pm concluding at approximately
8:00pm.
REHEARSAL DAY
In preparation for the concert, primary school students will have a rehearsal day on Monday 24 November
at St Patrick’s College. Students may wear full sports uniform. Schools will transport students by bus to the
College and return them to their school for normal dismissal time. Rehearsal will start at 9:20am.
All students will be required to bring the following: instrument, music (books & folders), morning tea, lunch, drink,
afternoon tea and a sun hat. Attendance is most important, as it will be the only chance to rehearse for the
concert and award presentations and to finalise arrangements to ensure all ensembles are to performance
standard.
END OF YEAR CONCERT
Each primary school will be represented at the concert on Monday 24 November. Performers should arrive at
5:00pm on the night of the concert, in full school uniform at the St Patrick’s College Nano Nagle Gymnasium.
In addition to the concert, some students will be awarded Excellence and Endeavour awards to recognise their
achievement for 2025, along with Grade 6 students who are concluding in the program.
